采用悬浮接枝聚合法合成木质纤维素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯(LNC-g-BMA)吸油树脂;考察BMA与LNC的质量比,引发剂、交联剂和致孔剂的用量以及反应温度对树脂吸附柴油性能的影响;采用FT-IR、SEM、TG和XRD等手段对树脂的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,BMA与LNC的质量比为8∶1,过氧化苯甲酰、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和乙酸乙酯用量分别为BMA质量的1.2%、1.6%和50%,反应温度为80℃时,LNC-g-BMA对柴油的吸油倍率达到8.72g/g。表征结果显示,LNC-g-BMA表面疏松,有利于柴油分子在树脂内扩散;与LNC相比,LNC-g-BMA的结晶度明显下降,热稳性明显提高。
The LUC-g-BMA resin was synthesized by suspension graft polymerization. Compared with LNC, the crystallinity of LNC-g-BMA decreased significantly and the thermal stability increased significantly.
