高血压是一常见病,有的高血压需长期用药治疗,即所谓原发性高血压;有的高血压需外科手术治疗,即所谓继发性高血压(症状性高血压).如何在临床中作一初步筛选乃是一重要课题,但又不能将全部高血压病人都进行复杂的检查,因此,对某些外科高血压其血压临床特点的认识实属重要.本文就经手术病理证实的61人(1973～1982),对外科高血压病人血压临床特点进行初步分析.
