浙江工业大学教育科学与技术学院学科建设办公室主任、副教授刘晓撰文认为随着我国经济社会发展、产业转型升级以及“一带一路”等国家重大战略的稳步推进,对高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的要求不断提高,而职业教育集团化办学作为促进我国职业教育体制机制改革、整合职业教育资源、协同多方利益的一种办学行为,也面临着增速换挡、动力更替、质效改善、体制创新等方面的转型,走向一种更为紧密型的集团化办学组织状态。
