视觉包括形觉、光觉和色觉,完美视觉应包括理想的视力、对比敏感度、波前像差及正常的暗适应和色觉功能。现有的视力、对比敏感度、波前像差及非球面参数等视觉指标实际值与理想的理论值仍存在较大差距,现有的视觉检查设备如视力表、对比敏感度仪和波前像差仪的精确性也有待进一步提高。目前常规的准分子激光屈光手术术后存在部分视觉质量下降,个体化切削虽是提高术后视觉质量的有效方法,但现有的技术尚未达到十分理想的程度,欲达到完美的视觉仍有很长的路要走。(眼科,2006,15:289-291)
