采用正交试验法分析身管径向精锻成形过程中各工艺参数及参数间的交互作用对锤头锻击力及身管与芯棒间压力的影响,获得最佳工艺参数。建立轴对称有限元模型模拟各工艺参数取值不同时的身管径向精锻成形过程,由实际生产与有限元模拟中锤头锻击力的对比验证了轴对称有限元模型的准确性。为得到最小的锤头锻击力及身管与芯棒间压力,对正交试验结果进行方差分析,得到对优化目标影响最大的工艺参数及最优工艺参数组合,预测了最优工艺参数组合下的优化目标值,并应用轴对称有限元模型模拟最优参数组合,得到的结果验证了正交试验法预测结果的准确性。
The orthogonal test was used to analyze the influence of the interaction between parameters and parameters on the hammerhead forging force and the pressure between the barrel and the mandrel during the radial precision forging process and to obtain the optimum process parameters. The axisymmetric finite element model was established to simulate the radial precision forging process of the body tube with different values of process parameters. The accuracy of the axisymmetric finite element model was verified by comparison of the hammerhead forging force in actual production and finite element simulation. In order to obtain the minimum hammerhead forging force and the pressure between the barrel and the mandrel, the orthogonal test results were analyzed by variance analysis to get the most influential optimization of the process parameters and the optimal combination of process parameters, predict the optimal combination of process parameters And the optimal parameters are simulated by using the axisymmetric finite element model. The obtained results verify the accuracy of the prediction results of the orthogonal test.
