本文讨论了ZM5合金铸件经浸渗处理后,其力学性能和显微组织的变化情况。典型零件切取试样统计结果表明,浸渗处理使铸件屈服强度极限提高,而延伸率明显下降。显微组织研究证明,浸渗处理合金晶界处有较多量的Mg17Al12片状化合物析出并向墓体中延伸。说明合金已由固溶处理转变至固溶+时效处理T6状态。文中还概述了ZM5合金显微组织疏松的形成机理和分布特征。
This article discusses the ZM5 alloy castings infiltration treatment, the mechanical properties and microstructure changes. The results of sample cutting of typical parts show that the infiltration treatment increases the yield strength limit of the castings and the elongation decreases obviously. Microstructural studies have shown that a larger amount of Mg17Al12 lamellar compounds precipitate at the grain boundary of the infiltrated alloy and extend into the cemented body. Alloys have been transformed from solution treatment to solution treatment + aging T6 state. The formation mechanism and distribution characteristics of the loose microstructure of ZM5 alloy are also summarized.
