本文以广东广播电视台“广播主持人工作室”为样本,分析在新媒介环境下主持人工作室的运作模式,探讨主持人工作室节目生产、激励机制和新媒体运营的改革创新。
This article analyzes the mode of operation of the moderator’s studio under the new media environment by taking Guangdong Broadcasting and Television Station as an example. It also discusses the reform and innovation of the moderator’s studio production, incentive mechanism and new media operation.
