钢铁中铬的测定,通常采用容量法,不仅实验费时,而且试剂耗用大;退色比色法由于显色条件要求高,试剂本身不稳定等,而不受欢迎。本文根据资料,利用加热发色测锰后的一小部分溶液,不需再处理,只加一种显色剂DPC即可实现铬的连测,方法简便、快速,显色后能稳定1~2h,解决了退色比色法的不稳定性问题,经我厂长期验证,不失为钢铁分析中连续测铬的一种好方法,适用于0.01~1.0%铬的测定。
Determination of chromium in steel, usually using the capacity method, not only the experimental time, but also reagent consumption; fade colorimetric method due to the high color conditions, the reagent itself is not stable, but not welcome. In this paper, the use of heating chromogenic detection of manganese after a small part of the solution, without further treatment, only one color reagent DPC can be achieved even with chromium measured, the method is simple, fast, stable after the color 1 ~ 2h, to solve the problem of destabilization fading colorimetric method, long-term verification by our factory, after all, a good method for continuous determination of chromium in steel analysis, suitable for the determination of 0.01 ~ 1.0% chromium.
