目的观察茶多酚对内毒素脂多糖(LPS)作用的人牙周膜细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响,为茶多酚在牙周疾病的防治中提供一定依据。方法体外培养人牙周膜细胞,采用MTT比色法观察茶多酚对LPS作用的人牙周膜细胞增殖活性的影响,通过碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性测定法观察茶多酚对人牙周膜细胞的分化作用。结果100μg/ml LPS可抑制人牙周膜细胞的增殖活性和碱性磷酸酶活性。加入LPS同时分别给予50~1100μg/ml不同浓度茶多酚,能对抗LPS的抑制作用,增强人牙周膜细胞的增殖活性和碱性磷酸酶活性,其中在800μg/ml作用24h时促进作用达到最强。结论茶多酚可对抗内毒素对人牙周膜细胞的毒性作用,促进细胞的增殖和骨向分化。
Objective To observe the effect of tea polyphenols on the proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity of human periodontal ligament cells treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and provide some evidences for the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease.
