工程勘察设计是工程建设实施中的重要环节,是具有智力密集、知识密集、和技术密集特点的生产服务性行业。企业的薪酬制度不仅与企业全体员工的切身利益息息相关,同时也对企业服务的成本和产品的竞争力有深远的影响。本文以C公司为例,通过对国有勘察设计企业现行薪酬体系的现状分析和问题研究,提出相应的优化思路,可以强化对不同类别员工的薪酬激励功能,提高企业的竞争力。
Engineering survey and design is an important part in the construction of the project. It is a production service industry with intelligence-intensive, knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive features. The remuneration system of an enterprise is not only closely related to the vital interests of all the employees of the enterprise, but also has a profound impact on the cost of enterprise services and the competitiveness of a product. This paper, taking C Company as an example, puts forward corresponding optimization ideas through analyzing the present situation and problems of the current pay system of state-owned survey and design enterprises, which can reinforce the salary incentive function for different categories of employees and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
