研制了一种气光电式孔加工精度数字化测量系统,实现了孔加工参数的非接触式、多参数测量,测量结果通过计算机进行实时采集、处理与显示。实验表明,该装置结构简单、操作方便、测量准确,能够实现对内孔连续在线测量。
A digital measurement system for the machining accuracy of gas photoelectrical hole was developed. The non-contact and multi-parameter measurement of the hole processing parameters was realized. The measurement results were collected, processed and displayed by the computer in real time. Experiments show that the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, accurate measurement and continuous on-line measurement of the inner hole.
