目的探究重症监护室(ICU)内发生高钠血症的相关原因并提出解决策略。方法 56例重症监护室内并发高钠血症患者,记录好相关资料,检测电解质情况,治疗原发性疾病,限制钠摄入,减少利尿剂使用量,对肾功能不佳者进行血液净化治疗,总结其临床效果。结果治疗后患者呼吸频率、心率下降,平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU高钠血症患者使用个性化治疗方式,能够在短时间内改善患者的临床症状,提升患者治疗以及预后效果,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the related causes of hypernatremia in intensive care unit (ICU) and to propose solutions. Methods Fifty - six patients with intensive care unit complicated with hypernatremia were enrolled in this study. The relevant data were recorded, the electrolytes were tested, the primary diseases were treated, the sodium intake was limited, the diuretic dosage was decreased, the blood purification was performed on those with poor renal function, Summarized its clinical effect. Results After treatment, respiratory rate, heart rate, mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The personalized treatment of patients with ICU hypernatremia can improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a short period of time, improve the treatment of patients and prognosis, worth further promotion.
