单辊破碎机是烧结终端成品破碎的重要工艺设备,是与烧结主机系统配套的主要装备之一。它的工作条件是高温、低速(齿辊转速4.32~5.81r/min,重载荷。破碎机齿辊支承是ZG25瓦座、ZQSn8—21锡青铜系轴瓦结构,润滑形式为干油润滑,由炉前自动干油站通过输油管道定时压注润滑油脂。由于单辊破碎机位于烧结机尾部、是干油站最远的润滑点,且油管串联于主机弹性滑道等诸多润滑点、到位油压已是强弩之末,加之油管长期经受高温烘烤、油脂易干燥结块,供油不畅或断油现象时有发生。同时齿辊转速慢、负荷重、难以在轴瓦工作表面形成油膜,诸多因素的共同影响,轴瓦润滑状况恶劣。因此单辊破碎机由于轴瓦引发的设备事故频繁,以我厂两台18M~2烧结机单辊破碎为例:1990年发生轴瓦事故18起,故障停机55.58台时,更换铜瓦9次,消耗铜瓦19件(其中上瓦8件、下瓦11件),仅备件费用即达1.5万元。
