本文对稳杀特在花生、棉花田环境中残留量的分析方法进行了研究。样品经提取、分离、溴代衍生化、净化及GC-ECD检测等程序,方法的最低检知量为7.2×10~(-12)g。在10g样品中添加0.05—0.48ng之间三个不同量稳杀特进行试验,全过程的回收率(X).74.3—83.3%,标准偏差(S_x~-)<±12.5%。
In this paper, the stability of pendants in the peanut, cotton field environment residues were analyzed. Samples were extracted, separated, brominated derivatization, purification and GC-ECD testing procedures, the minimum detection capacity of the method was 7.2 × 10 ~ (-12) g. The recovery rate (X) of the whole process was 74.3-83.3% and the standard deviation (S_x ~ -) was less than ± 12.5% in the 10g sample with 0.05-0.48ng of three different amounts of Stout.
