国内某核电厂大修时,发现辅助给水汽水分离器的疏水管道有大量的腐蚀产物,造成排水不畅。本文从管道结构、腐蚀产物成分分析和水质分析等方法对管道堵塞原因进行了分析。分析结果表明腐蚀产物主要来自于生活饮用水系统,生活饮用水系统在发生p H值和温度的变化时析出固体粒子,固体粒子在管道弯头不断沉积最终造成管道堵塞。
During the overhaul of a nuclear power plant in China, it was found that there was a large amount of corrosion products in the hydrophobic pipes of the auxiliary feed water separator, resulting in poor drainage. In this paper, the causes of pipe blockage are analyzed from the aspects of pipe structure, corrosion product composition analysis and water quality analysis. The results show that the corrosion products mainly come from the drinking water system. The drinking water system precipitates solid particles when the p H value and temperature change occur. The solid particles are deposited in the pipe elbows and eventually block the pipes.
