引言当前化学家或药物分析学家面临的困难之一,就是如何从众多的分离系统(例如GLC中的固定液或TLC中的展开溶剂等)中选取最佳系统的问题,特别是当要求几种系统组合使用时,如何选取最佳组合则更为困难。对于组合系统的具体要求为:组成某种“组合系统”的各个系统的分离特征差别越大越好,也就是这些系统的近似性差别越大越好。如果把分离特征近似的系统分别归类,那么,由各类中各取出一个系统组合在一起,自然是“非近似系统的组合”。
