这份彙报材料,不是介紹苏联学校的整个教学工作,而是介紹我們这次参观苏联学校,看得較多、体会較深的有关教学工作中的一个問題,即苏联学校是怎样加强教学工作、提高教学質量的。 1931年9月5日联共(布)中央委員会对学校工作所作的决議中曾經指出:“……掌握知識,掌握科学基礎是学校工作中的决定环節。”自从这个决議頒布以后,20多年來,苏联学校在使学生獲得系統的巩固的科學基礎知識方面,取得了巨大的成就,積累了極丰富的經验。例如,在多次参观苏联課堂教学的过程中,我們看到学生在解答教师提出的問題时,不管口头叙述,或者演題以及演示、实驗等,那是非常熟練,没有一点
