一种较之传统工艺更为清洁无污染的美国德士古水浆加压气化技术制成合成氨示范装置在鲁南化肥厂建成并投产。化工部决定在“九五”期间用此技术改造九套中型化肥厂。该新技术装置目前在世界上只有四套。该项目的建成投产,标志着我国现代化工技术已跨入世界前列。水浆气化技术的主要特点是:煤种适应性广,炭转化率高,工艺成熟,同时三废污染少,并解决了用烟煤、褐煤造气的技术难题,对于盛产普通原煤的我国来说,具有十分重要的意义。
Compared with the traditional process, the United States Texaco water slurry pressure gasification technology, which is cleaner and pollution-free, is used as a demonstration plant for ammonia synthesis and is put into production at the Lunan Fertilizer Plant. The Ministry of Chemical Industry decided to use this technology to transform nine sets of medium-scale fertilizer plants during the “Nine Five-Year Plan” period. This new technology device currently has only four sets in the world. The completion and production of this project signifies that China’s modernization technology has entered the world’s forefront. The main features of the water slurry gasification technology are: wide adaptability of coal, high carbon conversion rate, mature technology, and less pollution of three wastes, and solve the technical problems of using bituminous coal and lignite gas generation technology, for China, which has a lot of common raw coal , has a very important significance.
