为了进行腐蚀吊索承载力评估,需要研究腐蚀吊索钢丝力学性能退化特征。利用103根袁州大桥拆除得到的腐蚀旧钢丝进行静力拉伸试验、疲劳试验和扭转试验。结果表明:在0.05的显著性水平下,腐蚀吊索钢丝的静拉力学性能参数不拒绝正态分布和对数正态分布;相比较新钢丝,即使腐蚀蚀坑尺寸很小,疲劳寿命仍然降低很多;腐蚀钢丝疲劳断口没有明显的宏观塑性变形;腐蚀钢丝的抗扭性能明显退化。
In order to evaluate the bearing capacity of corroded slings, it is necessary to study the degradation characteristics of the mechanical properties of corroded slings. Eroded old steel wire obtained from the demolition of 103 Yuanzhou Bridge was subjected to static tensile test, fatigue test and torsion test. The results show that under the 0.05 level, the static tensile mechanical properties of the slings do not reject the normal and log normal distributions. Compared with the new steel wire, the fatigue life is reduced even if the size of the corrosion pits is small A lot; corroded wire fatigue fracture no obvious macroscopic plastic deformation; corrosion resistance of steel wire torsion performance significantly deteriorated.
