抽油井的检泵周期是产量、含水、含砂、含蜡、检泵质量和泵的等级等许多因素的函数。油井作业后的产量由于受上述因素的影响,其变化规律归纳起来有以下三种情况:(1)日产量随生产时间成直线关系递减。(2)日产量平稳一段时间后随生产时间成直线关系递减。(3)日产量平稳一段时间后随生产时间成曲线关系递减。不管作业后产量随时间是什么样的变化规律,通过下面的关系总可以求出最佳检泵周期。 1.求一个检泵周期内的累积产量∑Q 以产量随时间成直线关系递减为例(见图1),产量Q与生产时间x的关系为:
