目的探讨巴彦淖尔市“鲜奶吧”食品安全问题,探索切实可行的监督管理方式,规范“鲜奶吧”市场。方法对巴彦淖尔市辖区内15家“鲜奶吧”按照《鲜奶吧审查基本要求》,从选址、场所设置、布局、分隔和面积、加工工艺流程等16个方面进行现场检查,用描述方法对存在问题进行分析。结果 “鲜奶吧”缺少监管标准,无明确监管部门导致监管缺位,无证经营,单纯的家庭作坊式的经营方式以及从业人员文化素质低、卫生意识差、法制观念淡薄等,使得“鲜奶吧”存在许多安全隐患。结论明确“鲜奶吧”监管部门,规范“鲜奶吧”生产经营行为,提高产品质量,保护消费者身心健康。
Objective To discuss the problem of food safety in Bayannur City and explore the practical ways of supervision and management and regulate the market of fresh milk.
