研究了金属熔体的小截面送料双频电磁成形过程。结果表明 :屏蔽罩能够调节成形感应圈内的磁场分布 ,使成形感应圈内的熔体处于合理状态 ;两感应圈间必须保持一定距离 ,使预热感应圈的磁场不影响成形感应圈的磁场分布 ,利于成形稳定 ;在其他条件一定的情况下 ,有一适合的抽拉速度和电源功率匹配 ;并获得了表面质量良好的耐热不锈钢样件
The small-section feed of metal melt is studied by dual-frequency electromagnetic forming process. The results show that the shield can adjust the magnetic field distribution in the induction coil and make the melt in the induction coil in a reasonable state. The distance between the induction coils must be kept at a certain distance so that the magnetic field of the induction coil does not affect the magnetic field of the induction coil The distribution is conducive to the formation of stable; under other conditions, there is a suitable pull speed and power supply power matching; and received a good surface quality of heat-resistant stainless steel samples
