为消除家用热泵空调四通阀压降、传热及泄漏损失,提出了一种反转型转子式压缩机(以下简称反转压缩机);该压缩机无需配套使用四通阀,利用压缩机反转改变制冷剂流向,实现空调换向制热。该压缩机由固定的气缸、受电磁铁和弹簧控制的排气阀组件及2个气液分离器等组成。介绍了该压缩机的结构特点、工作原理和几何理论,并推导了气缸工作容积、余隙容积、气体力及阻力矩计算的有关公式。分析结果表明,反转压缩机管路结构简单、节能效果明显、制冷剂充注量低,适用于碳氢类环保制冷剂。
In order to eliminate the pressure drop, heat transfer and leakage loss of the household heat pump air-conditioning four-way valve, a counter rotor type compressor (hereinafter referred to as reverse compressor) is proposed. The formulas for calculation of working volume, clearance volume, gas force and resistance moment are derived. The analysis results show that the structure of reverse compressor pipeline is simple, energy-saving effect is obvious, refrigerant charge is low, suitable for hydrocarbon-based refrigerant.
