对老人来说,适当吃点零食有好处。不过,老人的消化系统和身体机能开始退化,在选择零食时要讲究一些,这样才不伤身,且补充营养元素。身体健康的老人选择零食可以多样化。建议老人的日常饮食,应坚持少食多餐,三餐规律,保证最基本的营养摄入。两餐间,适量吃点水果、糕点、饮料,不但可补充体能,还能保证营养多样。老人晚上不宜吃过多零食,否则会造成积食,影响消化和睡眠。
For the elderly, it is beneficial to eat snacks properly. However, the digestive system and body functions of the elderly begin to degenerate.
