实验教学与思维能力的培养实验法是研究生物学的主要方法,是在教学中培养学生思维能力的重要手段之一。在高中生物教学中加强实验是很重要的。如何加强实验,并在实验中培养思维能力?一方面是适当增加实验内容,即补做了与高中知识有密切联系的初中生物实验,把高中教材中有些演示实验改编为学生实验,并增加了新的内容,如植物细胞的质壁分离和复原、渗透作用、生长素的发现等。另一方面是重视研究实验课的教学方法。一般讲授实验课可以先讲理论,后实验;或先实验,后理论;或边讲边实验或以实验设问组
