目的 :探讨胃癌患者及其手术前后红细胞免疫功能的变化及与淋巴细胞免疫功能之间的相关性。 方法 :72例胃癌患者 ,2 0例正常人为对照 ,检测血红细胞C3 b受体花环 (RBC -C3 bRR)和免疫复合物花环 (RBC -ICR) ,T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞含量 ;NK细胞活性、血清循环免疫复合物 (CIC)、血清免疫球蛋白和补体。 结果 :(1)胃癌患者RBC -C3 bRR显著降低 ,RBC -ICR显著升高 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )术后组RBC -C3 bRR显著升高 ,RBC -ICR显著降低 (P <0 0 1)。 (3)胃癌患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+ CD8+,NK细胞活性 ,B细胞 ,IgG、IgA均显著降低 ,CIC显著升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;手术后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+ CD8+、NK细胞活性 ,免疫球蛋白IgA均有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ;胃癌患者术前组及手术前后RBC -C3 bRR变化组与CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞组均呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :(1)胃癌患者红细胞免疫粘附功能、淋巴细胞免疫功能低下。 (2 )手术可使胃癌患者红细胞免疫、淋巴细胞免疫功能明显改善。 (3)红细胞免疫粘附功能与T淋巴细胞、NK细胞活性之间关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the changes of red blood cell immune function before and after surgery and its correlation with lymphocyte immune function. Methods: Seventy-two patients with gastric cancer and twenty normal controls were used to detect red blood cell C3 b receptor rosette (RBC-C3 bRR) and immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR), T lymphocyte subsets and B cell content; Cellular activity, serum circulating immune complexes (CIC), serum immunoglobulins, and complement. RESULTS: (1) The RBC-C3 bRR in gastric cancer patients was significantly decreased, and the RBC-ICR was significantly increased (P < 0 01). (2) The RBC-C3 bRR in the postoperative group was significantly increased, and the RBC-ICR was significantly decreased (P < 0 01). (3) CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ CD8+, NK cell activity, B cell, IgG, IgA, and CIC were significantly increased in gastric cancer patients (P < 0.05 or P <0 01); CD3+, CD4+, The activity of CD4+ CD8+ and NK cells and IgA of IgA were all significantly increased (P < 0.01). The preoperative group and the preoperative and postoperative RBC-C3 bRR change groups were positively correlated with CD3+, CD4+, and NK cell groups. (P < 0 0 1). Conclusion: (1) The immune function of red blood cells and the immune function of lymphocytes in patients with gastric cancer are low. (2) Surgery can significantly improve red blood cell immunity and lymphocyte immune function in patients with gastric cancer. (3) The red blood cell immune adhesion function is closely related to the activity of T lymphocytes and NK cells.
