临床常用的中期引产方法是经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺尔,但此方法产程长,阴道流血量较多,清宫率高,但有时需多次注药,本人于2004～2006年在原单位工作期间,对采用米非司酮配伍利凡诺尔用于中期妊娠引产50例(治疗组)进行临床观察,并与同期单用利凡诺尔引产50例(对照组)进行对比,现将结果报道如下:
