目的了解常驻高原部队官兵健康相关生命质量情况,探讨其与慢性高原病之间的关系。方法分层随机抽取某军区驻高原部队956个样本及该军区驻平原587个对照样本,实施欧洲五维健康量表(Europe health-related quality of life questionnaire 5 dimensions,EQ-5D)和慢性高原病(Chronic mountain sickness,CMS)检查。采用t检验、卡方检验、线性相关、非参数检验、方差分析等统计方法进行分析。结果高原组行动能力、疼痛或不舒服、焦虑或沮丧各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),EQ直观模拟标度尺(EQ visual analogue scale,EQ-VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。行动能力、自我照顾、疼痛或不舒服、焦虑或沮丧各维度与CMS呈显著正相关(P<0.05),EQ-VAS评分与CMS呈显著负相关(P<0.05);疼痛或不舒服与心率和血红蛋白浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),EQVAS评分与心率呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。高原组中健康组、轻度CMS组、中重度CMS组各维度和EQ-VAS评分差异显著(P<0.05)。结论常驻高原官兵的健康相关生命质量与CMS的发生有显著相关性。EQ-5D可以对高原官兵,尤其是CMS官兵的健康状况进行全面的评估,为高原卫勤保障措施的制定提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the health-related quality of life of officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau, and to explore its relationship with chronic mountain sickness. Methods A total of 956 samples of troops from a certain military region in the plateau and 587 control samples from the plains in the military region were stratified randomly. The European five-dimensional health scale (EQ-5D) and chronic altitude sickness (Chronic mountain sickness, CMS) check. Using t test, chi square test, linear correlation, nonparametric test, analysis of variance and other statistical methods. Results The score of EQ-VAS in the plateau group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the score of EQ-VAS in the plateau group was significantly lower than that of the control group Group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between each dimension and CMS (P <0.05), EQ-VAS score was negatively correlated with CMS (P <0.05), pain or discomfort and heart rate There was a significant positive correlation between hemoglobin concentration and hemoglobin (P <0.05). The EQVAS score was negatively correlated with heart rate (P <0.05). There were significant differences in dimensions and EQ-VAS scores between healthy group, mild CMS group and moderate-severe CMS group in plateau group (P <0.05). Conclusion The health-related quality of life of officers and soldiers resident in the plateau is significantly correlated with the occurrence of CMS. EQ-5D can conduct a comprehensive assessment of the health status of officers and men in the plateau, especially CMS officers and soldiers, and provide a scientific basis for the establishment of the sanitation support measures in the plateau.
