运动前: 人体地运动过种中,付出大量体能,而运动前又不宜饱餐,这时,适量吃些甜食可满足人体运动时所需的一定的能量供应。
Pre-exercise: the human body through the kind of exercise, to pay a large amount of physical fitness, and exercise should not be full of food, then eat the right amount of sweets to meet human movement required for a certain amount of energy supply.
