随着我国经济社会进一步发展,电网规模也在逐年扩大,造成供电企业工作量猛增、人员相对不足、生产班组经常超负荷工作,不安全现象时有发生。在安全风险管控和精益管理的大环境下,上海久隆电力(集团)有限公司市北工程分公司开展了工程承载力评价体系建设探索。通过建立评价模型和评价体系,将安全风险由定性评价转化为定量分析,并在此基础上力争实现更为有效、精确、合理的柔性生产管控方式。
With the further economic and social development in our country, the scale of power grid is also expanding year by year, causing the workload of power supply enterprises to soar and the staffs to be relatively insufficient. The production team often overworked and the unsafe phenomena have occurred from time to time. Under the environment of safety risk control and lean management, Shanghai North Jiulong Power (Group) Co., Ltd. North Branch of Engineering undertook to explore the construction of engineering capacity evaluation system. Through the establishment of evaluation model and evaluation system, the security risk is transformed from qualitative evaluation to quantitative analysis, and based on this, striving to achieve more effective, accurate and reasonable flexible production control methods.
