为提高表面性能 ,对 TC11钛合金进行了离子轰击表面处理 ,运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和 X射线衍射仪分析了表面改性层的组织结构 ,测定了改性层的显微硬度和深度。结果表明 :TC11钛合金经离子轰击表面处理后 ,表面可获得由 Ti N和 Ti2 N组成的改性层 ,硬度为 60 0~ 80 0HV0 .0 2 ;次表层主要由含氮α相组成 ,渗层厚度为 3 5 0~ 4 0 0μm。表面硬度的提高 ,有利于改善 TC11钛合金的耐磨性
In order to improve the surface properties, the surface treatment of TC11 titanium alloy was carried out by ion bombardment. The microstructure and surface structure of the surface modification layer were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The microhardness and depth of the modified layer were measured. The results show that the surface modification of TC11 titanium alloy by ion bombardment can obtain a modified layer composed of TiN and Ti2N with a hardness of 60 0 ~ 80 0HV0. 02; the subsurface layer mainly consists of α-phase containing nitrogen, The thickness of the layer is 350 ~ 400μm. Surface hardness increases, is conducive to improving the wear resistance of TC11 titanium alloy
