对中国地震学会地震观测技术专业委员会于1983年11月召开的“电信传输地震台网学术交流与专题讨论会”作了述评。有近20个单位的50多名代表参加了这次会议,共收到40多篇论文和工作报告,内容广泛,有深度;本文综合介绍了其中的主要论点和成果,包括传输台网的选择和布局,井下观测技术和超微震速度观测,传输信道及其干扰和设备,数字化传输技术,计算机数据处理系统的安装、调试、维护与改进,时间服务系统,监控与标定,供电系统,台网维护与管理等。
Commented on the “Conference on Academic Exchange and Symposia in Seismograph Transmission and Seismograph Network” held by the Seismological Society of China Seismological Observation Technical Committee in November 1983.
