按照动作技能形成的规律组织体育教学

按照动作技能形成的规律,组织体育教学,缩短动作技能形成的不同阶段的时间,加速教学进程,这对不断地提高教学质量,更好地完成体育教学任务,具有重要意义。动作技能形成是一种建立复杂的、链锁的、本体感受性的条件反射。研究如何使条件反射系统化更快些,应采用直观教学和充分利用两个信号系统以强化动作;在技能形成的不同阶段,采取各种不同的体育教学法中的练习法,以及教材多样化,明确规定重复次数和贯彻循序渐进,因材施教,个别对待等,以加速动作技能的形成。动作技能形成的三个阶段是紧密联系,没有明显的界限,是一个阶段逐步向另一阶段的过渡,而且每个阶段的时间长短,与教材的性质、年龄大小等因素有着密切关系。因此,只有结合具体情况,按照动作技能形成的规律正确地组织体育教学,才能缩短技能形成的时间,进一步提高中学体育课的教学质量,顺利地完成体育教学三方面的任务。 In accordance with the formation of the rules of motor skills, organize physical education, shorten the different stages of motor skills to form the time to accelerate the teaching process, which is to continuously improve the quality of teaching, to better fulfill the task of physical education, is of great significance. The formation of motor skills is a complex reflexive, chain-locked, ontological reflex. To study how to make the conditional reflections systematized more quickly, we should adopt visual teaching and make full use of the two signaling systems to strengthen the action. At different stages of the skill formation, we adopt various practice methods in physical education teaching methods and diversify teaching materials , Clearly defined the number of repetitions and implement step-by-step, individualized, individual treatment, etc., in order to accelerate the formation of motor skills. The three stages of the formation of motor skills are closely linked. There is no clear boundary between them. They are the gradual transition from one stage to another, and the length of each stage is closely related to the nature and age of the teaching materials. Therefore, only by combining specific conditions, according to the rules of motor skills to correctly organize the teaching of physical education can we shorten the formation of skills to further improve the quality of physical education in secondary schools, the successful completion of the three tasks of physical education.
