该厂自行设计制造的渗碳炉由供气系统、发生炉系统、工作炉和控制系统四部分组成。工作炉采用低电压大电流、无马弗方式加热,通以丙烷为原料的吸热式可控气氛,借助红外线分析仪,实行可控气体渗碳。这种方法渗碳,速度快、效率高,与滴苯渗碳相比较,渗碳深度同为4.2毫米,滴苯渗碳需要110~120小时,而可控气氛只需要60小时。文中列有渗碳炉的技术规格,并以1077992型轴承外圈和滚子为例进行试验和分析。附图9幅,表5个。
The factory design and manufacture of carburizing furnace from the gas supply system, furnace system, furnace and control system of four parts.
