一、前言图1所示,为医用安瓿玻管连续式吹塑拉管机用整体高温合金吹管,材料为高温合金 GH37。过去,由于该吹管φ16毫米特深通孔(长径比达137.5)加工问题未能突破,成都制药一厂一直采用高温合金与45钢对焊管(长度约各半)。吹管连续工作温度为1000℃左右,对焊管使用15~20天就从焊缝处断裂。每次要停产修复2~3天,损失上万元。因此,该吹管成为影响正常生产的一大关键。
