现代白血病治疗中，化疗引起粒细胞缺乏症（粒缺）日益增多。粒缺的感染防治已成为实现化疗效果的重要环节。借鉴我院骨髓移植病房无骨髓期管理方法，我科制定了白血病化疗感染防治措施。１９９５年以来我科为５６例急性白血病进行了１２９个疗程的化疗，发生化疗后粒缺２６例
In the treatment of modern leukemia, chemotherapy induces agranulocytosis (grain deficiency) to increase. The prevention and treatment of the lack of infection has become an important part of achieving the effect of chemotherapy. Referring to my bone marrow transplantation ward without bone marrow period management method, our department has formulated prevention and treatment measures for leukemia chemotherapy infection. Since 1995, our department has conducted 129 courses of chemotherapy for 56 cases of acute leukemia, 26 cases of post-chemotherapy postpartum nephropathy
