目前我国正处在产业变革时期,企业发展对科学技术、环境、人文的依赖越来越高,对员工的技术能力、创新意识的需求不断增大,迫使企业想要生存、发展,留住人才,就得注重人力资源的管理,尤其是对知识型人才管理。为了使企业在惨烈的经营条件下实现生存及接持续发展,企业应该通过改变现有人力资源管理模式,分析企业管理中关于人才培养的的问题,树立“以人为本”的管理理念。同时企业要根据知识型员工的特点,建立健全绩效管理方案,提升企业的管理水平。

The demand for staff’s technical ability and innovation consciousness is constantly increasing, forcing the enterprises to survive, develop and retain their talents , We must pay attention to the management of human resources, especially knowledge-based personnel management. In order to enable enterprises to survive and continue to develop under the harsh operating conditions, enterprises should establish a “people-oriented” management philosophy by changing existing human resource management models, analyzing problems concerning personnel training in business management. At the same time, according to the characteristics of knowledge-based employees, establish and improve performance management programs to enhance the management level of enterprises.
