介绍了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)控制的焊接电源结构。利用DSP易信号处理特点,焊接电源能根据不同焊接工艺要求,通过软件编制满足各种材料焊接的工艺性能要求。利用DSP的高集成度特点使控制电路器件大大减少,提高了焊接电源的稳定性和可靠性。另外,介绍了S.S.S引弧控制方式,提高了一次引弧成功率。经试验证明,研制的焊接电源稳定可靠,基本实现了焊接电源控制的数字化。
The structure of welding power supply based on digital signal processor (DSP) control is introduced. The use of DSP signal processing features easy, welding power supply according to different welding process requirements, through the preparation of software to meet the welding process performance requirements of various materials. The use of DSP’s highly integrated features greatly reduce the number of control circuit devices and improve the stability and reliability of the welding power supply. In addition, introduced S.S.S arc control method to improve the success rate of an arc. The test proved that the development of welding power supply is stable and reliable, the basic realization of the welding power control digital.
