目的建立土茯苓药材超高效液相色谱(UPLC)及高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的分析方法,研究不同产地土茯苓药材的质量。方法分别采用UPLC与HPLC对12批土茯苓药材进行指纹图谱分析,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件计算不同产地样品之间的相似度。结果分别建立了土茯苓药材的UPLC与HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,两种方法均可标示出16个共有特征峰,12批样品的相似度均大于0.9。结论建立的两种方法均准确可靠,重复性好,可用于土茯苓药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Smilax glabra by using UPLC and HPLC fingerprinting. Methods UPLC and HPLC were used to analyze the fingerprint of 12 batches of Smilax china. The similarity of samples from different regions was calculated by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The common mode of UPLC and HPLC fingerprinting of Smilax glabra were established respectively. Both of the 16 methods showed 16 common characteristic peaks, and the similarity of 12 batches of samples were all greater than 0.9. Conclusion The two established methods are accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Smilax china.
