常轨中的企业改制对青年的影响利大于弊,尤其是收入提高和活动舞台的提供,激活了企业青年的思想特点。要利用青年善于接受新事物的特点,鼓励青年献身创新创效活动;要利用青年不满现状的特点,鼓励青年以学习与工作的竞争来改变现状;要利用青年追求实现个人价值的特点,采取精神、物质相结合的激励制度,鼓励青年将自我实现建立在为企业作贡献的基础上;将个人成长成才建立在为企业建功的基础上。
The impact of enterprise restructuring on the track on young people outweighs the disadvantages.
