目的了解长沙市医疗机构口腔治疗用水卫生质量现状,探讨其细菌污染控制措施。方法通过采集口腔治疗用水进行监测,分上下半年进行,上半年未对医疗机构提出干预措施直接进行采样,下半年进行干预后再进行采样。结果监测结果显示:上半年口腔用水合格率仅为17.31%,下半年干预后口腔用水合格率为63.46%,干预前后监测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论干预后口腔治疗用水监测合格率明显升高,需继续采取综合处理措施提高医疗机构口腔治疗用水的卫生质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of hygienic quality of oral treatment water in medical institutions in Changsha and to explore the control measures of bacterial contamination. Methods Monitoring oral water for oral treatment was conducted in the first half and second half of the year. In the first half of this year, no interventions were directly taken by medical institutions. After the intervention in the second half of the year, samples were taken again. Results The monitoring results showed that the passing rate of oral water was only 17.31% in the first half of the year, and the passing rate of oral water was 63.46% in the second half of the year. There was significant difference between the monitoring results before and after the intervention (P <0.001). Conclusions After the intervention, the qualified rate of oral treatment water monitoring increased obviously. It is necessary to continue to take comprehensive treatment measures to improve the hygienic quality of oral treatment water in medical institutions.
