目的研制一种可动态显示骨折断端压力的实用单边加压外固定架,并进行测评。方法通过在单边外固定架上加装加压器和触力传感器及压力显示仪以达到动态检测骨折断端压力的目的。结果该装置传感器在0~100kg范围内,其线性度和重复性优于1%,精确度达0.5kg。施加的压力和骨折断端显示的压力具有相关性。结论该外固定架可以较好的动态显示骨折断端的压力,为四肢管状骨骨折提供适度的轴向加压力以促进骨折愈合,有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective To develop a practical unilateral compression external fixator that can dynamically display the fracture pressure at the fracture site and evaluate it. Methods The purpose of dynamically measuring the fracture pressure at the fracture site was achieved by adding a pressure sensor, a force sensor and a pressure indicator on the unilateral external fixator. Results The device sensor in the 0 ~ 100kg range, its linearity and repeatability better than 1%, the accuracy of 0.5kg. The pressure applied is correlated with the pressure shown by the broken ends of the fracture. Conclusion The external fixator can better show the dynamic fracture pressure at the fracture site and provide moderate axial compression to the fractures of the tubular fractures of the extremities so as to promote the healing of fractures. It has a good clinical application prospect.
