通过正常对照及６０例病人的术后功能效果分析，对喉癌术后病人喉功能的评定标准作了初步研究。提出：（１）喉癌术后发声（Ｖ）、呼吸（Ｒ）、吞咽保护性括约功能（Ｓ）的各自评定标准。（２）喉癌术后的喉总体功能（Ｌ）的评定标准及其表达公式Ｌ＝ＶＲＳ。（３）对６０例病人术后喉功能作了初步评定及分析。
