台湾,与大陆同文、同种、同宗,然而由于历史的原因和意识形态方面的隔膜,我们常常会感觉到海峡两岸好像完全处于两个不同的世界。最近,读了台南数学辅导团何凤珠老师的《从来不评职称的台湾教师》一文,更加感觉如此。大陆、台湾两地在教师管理、考评以及酬薪机制诸方面均存在着巨大的差异:台湾的教师管理相对于大陆而言,完全可以用“粗放”一词来形容——教师不评职称,没有统考,薪水逐年晋升;校长无权决定老师的命运,而由“学校教评会”考核
