目的为丘脑及其相关重要结构的影像诊断提供形态学依据和相关测值。方法采用30例正常成人头颅标本(男17例,女13例),取平行于眦耳线平面制成片厚5 mm的连续横断面。各选取丘脑及其相关重要结构所在的3个连续断面,对其进行观测,数据经标准化处理后进行相关统计处理。结果丘脑面积、横径和矢径在性差和侧差方面未见显著性差异。丘脑面积与尾状核头面积、以及与尾状核头横径呈负相关(P<0.05),丘脑横径与尾状核头面积、矢径呈负相关(P<0.05);丘脑长与端脑长、丘脑宽与端脑宽分别呈正相关(P<0.05),左丘脑长与脑型呈负相关(P<0.05),左丘脑型与脑型呈正相关(P<0.05),丘脑夹角与脑型呈正相关(P<0.05),丘脑长与右三角区至前角间距存在相关关系(P<0.05)。结论丘脑形态学是否存在性差与侧差需要进一步探讨,丘脑参数与其相关重要结构参数存在线性关系,相关测值变化可为丘脑形态学变化提供信息。
Objective To provide morphological basis and related measurement for the diagnosis of thalamic brain and its related important structures. Methods 30 normal adult skull specimens (17 males and 13 females) were taken and a continuous cross-section with a thickness of 5 mm was made parallel to the ear plane. The three consecutive sections of the thalamus and its related important structures were selected and observed. The data were normalized and relevant statistics were processed. Results There was no significant difference in thalamus area, transverse diameter and radius of curvature in terms of sexual difference and lateral difference. There was a negative correlation between thalamic area and caudate nucleus area and caudate nucleus head diameter (P <0.05). Thalamus transverse diameter was negatively correlated with caudate nucleus area and radius (P <0.05) (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between left thalamus length and brain shape (P <0.05), positive correlation between left thalamus and brain shape (P <0.05), hypothalamic clip There was a positive correlation between the angle and the brain shape (P <0.05), and the correlation between the length of the thalamus and the distance from the right triangle to the anterior horn (P <0.05). Conclusions The existence of thalamic morphological differences and lateral differences need to be further explored. There is a linear relationship between thalamic parameters and its related important structural parameters, and the changes of related measured values may provide information for the changes of thalamic morphology.
