结合我国煤层气田已有的地面集输技术经验,在井场、采集气管网、站场、设备等方面提出“标准化设计”的概念。井场的标准化设计包括工艺流程及平面布置;采气管网根据已有经验提出“井间串接与阀组串接结合”组合进站方式;集气站与处理厂可以根据实际情况合建,并采用恒温露点控制工艺脱水,该工艺较传统的三甘醇脱水工艺更加节省投资。煤层气田地面集输技术的标准化设计,能够加快煤层气田地面集输工程的建设步伐,降低集输能耗,提高地面建设水平,节省投资成本。
Combined with the existing experience of ground gathering and transportation technologies in CBM fields in China, we put forward the concept of “standardized design” in well sites, gas gathering networks, stations and equipment. The standardized design of ground gathering and transportation technology in CBM fields can speed up the construction of CBM gathering and transportation projects, reduce the energy consumption of gathering and transporting, raise the ground construction level and save the investment cost.
