本文从认识论视角,界定国际传播的基本要素,分析国际传播的主客体关系、地位及主客体相互作用的机制与方式,重点探讨在国际局势波动演变、媒体发展日新月异的新形势下,加强对客体差异性研究、实现精准传播的必要性和意义,提出国际传播的关键是促进主客体之间的了解、交流与互动,以灵活多样的传播策略、渠道、方法,推动主客体之间增加认同度,提高中国国际传播的针对性、有效性和影响力。
