1 概况某单位30万t合成氨,52万t尿素装置的CO_2压缩机第一级间分离器,1993年6月投入使用,设计压力0.65MPa,设计温度60℃,主体材质1Cr18Ni9Ti,介质CO_2,焊缝系数η取0.85,20%RT检测。该设备是将CO_2压缩机冷却器冷凝下来的液体加以分离,以便让干的CO_2气体进入下一级压缩机,其结构如图1所示。1998年大修时发现进料口防冲板与筒体焊缝部位开裂,开裂部位如图
