于1998年10—11月间在荣成市寻山养殖场实验了饲喂具有大麻哈鱼生长激素基因的酵母菌对牙鲆的生长及其血清激素的影响。实验分为对照组和三组实验组,其中对照组的饵料中不含重组酵母菌,实验组的饵料中分别含有重组酵母菌0.25W‰、0.50‰、0.75‰(W/W)。实验表明,通过投喂重组酵母菌,可以增加牙鲆血清生长激素的含量,促进牙鲆的生长。重组酵母菌的含量不同,对牙鲆血清甲状腺素和三碘甲状腺原氨酸的影响也不同。促甲状腺素的含量与牙鲆血清甲状腺激素的含量呈负相关趋势,与生长激素无明显关系。
The effect of yeast fed with growth hormone gene of salmon on growth and serum hormone of Japanese flounder was experimentally studied in mountain climbing farm of Rongcheng City from October to November in 1998. The experiment was divided into the control group and the three experimental groups, in which the control group contained no recombinant yeast in the diet, the experimental group contained 0.25W ‰, 0.50 ‰ and 0.75 ‰ of the recombinant yeast respectively (W / W). Experiments show that, by feeding recombinant yeast, flounder can increase serum levels of growth hormone, promote flounder growth. Different levels of recombinant yeast, the flounder serum thyroxine and triiodothyronine have different effects. There was a negative correlation between thyrotropin and serum thyroid hormone in flounder, but not with growth hormone.
