绪言利用固体激光进行光谱分析的实验约有十年时间了。在这一期间里,随着激光分析装置的不断发展,对这一方法的优点逐渐得到认识,几年来应用范围获得迅速扩大。固体激光有二大特点:其一是方向性好:其二是输出功率大。激光光谱分析法就是利用这些特点,用透镜把激光光束会聚在试样的微区里,使试样产生局部蒸发而作光谱分析的一种方法。
Introduction Experiments using solid-state lasers for spectral analysis have been around for about ten years. During this period, with the continuous development of laser analysis devices, the advantages of this method have been gradually recognized and the scope of application has been rapidly expanding in recent years. Solid laser has two major characteristics: First, the directionality is good: the second is the output power.
